Cognitive Applications for Increasing Analyst Productivity

Strata + Hadoop World 2015

It's often the questions before the queries - questions such as "what do I filter by", "what do I join on", and "which version of the data is most up-to-date" - that make a critical difference in analyst productivity.

Knowing how to find the right table can make the difference between a well-defined query that quickly obtains the right answers, or logging hours or days fruitlessly searching for relevant data sets.

What if searching for relevant information within an organization were as easy as googling an answer? What if your query tool provided actual recommendations from experts in real time?

Join Venky Ganti, CTO of Alation in a presentation and hands-on product demonstration at Strata + Hadoop World Conference in New York in Fall 2015.  Venky explains Alation's just-in-time Recommendation Engine that helps analysts optimize query speed, accuracy, and effectiveness
